The pearl sugar CARRARE® is also named nib sugar, depending on the country. The sugar pearls have a quite round form and are manufactured using a unique process of agglomeration of n°1 first quality sugar.

A complete range from C03 (0.8 mm) to C50 (15 mm) has been developed to meet your different needs according to your applications.
