Sugars specialities for Bakery

The biggest pearls (C40-C45-C50) of pearl sugar are generally embedded in the dough of all types of bakery products such as waffles, buns, brioches, sugar breads or crisp wafers.

The white or coloured coated pearl sugar by Couplet is also a delightful ingredient of decoration for lots of bakery products such as brioches or gingerbreads. Thanks to its light fat coating, the coated pearl sugar is moisture stable, so the pearls will not melt on the end product.
