Biscuits & Waffles

Carrare® white or coloured pearl sugar decorates a large variety of biscuits, cookies and cakes.

It is also used as inclusion in waffle dough or spiced bread dough.

The Delicasso® brown sugar finds its place in recipes of biscuits such as speculoos or almond breads. It will also give tenderness and taste to your wafers or pancakes.

The fine fondant powder can be used as a base for filling in wafers.
