Coated icing sugar

The coated icing sugar is a unique, original and surprising decoration ingredient.  This sugar is freeze-thaw stable and moisture resistant. To be sprinkled on your desserts and humid pastries.  This product is available in white but also in pink, yellow and orange.


Ultrafine icing sugar

The Ultrafine icing sugar is a natural sugar, of superior quality, 100 % sucrose.  This fine and stable sugar perfectly suits many applications such as mix, sugar decorations or royal icings.
