The « chouquettes » are little puff pastry balls made with “pâte à choux” and sprinkled with pearl sugar. They are very popular and appreciated in France and are eaten as snacks or dessert.


 

Profiteroles are little pastries filled with vanilla ice-cream and decorated with pearl sugar and melted chocolate or chocolate syrup.
