We are pleased to announce the opening of a QC and R&D Laboratory Supervisor position within our company.

Mission :

• To ensure that analyses are carried out and interpreted.
• Ensure compliance of released batches.
• Allocate and optimise the resources required for QC and R&D laboratory tasks.
• Act as Key User for the QC part of our ERP.

Principales responsabilités :

-Safety and risk management

-Quality management:

• Steering the department's day-to-day operations and providing solutions or ideas.
• Monitoring sampling, analyses and results, alerting in the event of drift or non-conformity and defining corrective actions if necessary, optimising the sampling and analysis plan.
• Releasing finished products and drawing up certificates of analysis.
• To steer continuous improvement within the department and manage its implementation.
• To be responsible for the department's procedures, processes, analytical methods and documentation, as well as its archives and sample library.
• Ensuring that all the department's activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and reference standards.

-Team management - collaboration:

• Providing leadership and managing teams;
• Motivating and supporting employees in their professional development;
• Ensuring that the team is well organised with a back-up process;Allocating resources for QC and R&D laboratory tasks.

Desired profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a scientific orientation
• Significant laboratory experience
• Management experience (an asset)
• Quality training (FSSC22000, ISO 17025)
• Interest in the industrial environment and production processes
