Gingerbread

Gingerbread, pain d'épices

Ingredients

  • 500g of plain flour
  • 500g of milk
  • 250g honey
  • 250g brown sugar D3-BR
  • 50g of Butter
  • 10g of nib sugar
  • 2g of green aniseed
  • 2g of cinnamon
  • 1g of baking powder

Preparation

    Heat the milk until boiling.

    Take it off the heat and add the honey, sugar, butter, flour, baking powder and spices.

    Mix for 3 minutes.

    Put the mixture in a baking tin.

    Decorate your gingerbread with pearl sugar.

    Bake at 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
