Chocolate pearl sugar consists of sugar pearls coated with cocoa paste. Our chocolate coated sugar does not contain any additives.
Combining delicacy and technique, it gives a unique chocolate taste to your pastries. Our coated pearl sugar is bake-stable and freeze-stable and is thaw-resistant in several applications.
