- Tempered dark Chocolate
Work the butter to soften it.
Add the hydrated fondant and mix to obtain a homogeneous and smooth mass.
Add the tempered chocolate.
Model at convenience and refrigerate.
Placer au frigo jusqu’au lendemain.
After cooling coat with dark chocolate and Roll the truffles in the oreo crumble.
Put them in the fridge.
