Dark truffles with oreo crumbles

Ingredients

  • 500g Fondant powder 11or 17
  • 150g Butter 82% fat
  • 65g Water
  • 180g Dark chocolate tempered
  • 1g Vanilline

For decoration :

-  Oreo crumbles
- Tempered dark Chocolate

 

Preparation

    1. Mix water with fondant powder and heat at 45°C.
  • 2

    Work the butter to soften it.

    Add the hydrated fondant and mix to obtain a homogeneous and smooth mass.

    Add the tempered chocolate.

  • 5

    Model at convenience and refrigerate.

    Placer au frigo jusqu’au lendemain.

  • 7

    After cooling coat with dark chocolate and Roll the truffles in the oreo crumble.

    Put them in the fridge.
